To my readers, I would like to begin this with a beautiful quote by our respected Late President APJ Abdul Kalam ‘Failure will never overtake me if my definition to succeed is strong enough.
As a child facing the trauma of body shaming had put my adolescent mind in a never ending cycle of negativity. Constant judgement of society & family ripped apart my soul putting me deep down in anxiety and further leading to depression. Another setback were the challenges and societal pressure & non-acceptance faced being from a vernacular medium. Our society fails to understand the fact that each language is a bundle of intimate social feelings.
The realisation of the limitless ‘Power’ of mind came the day when the doctors gave up on my medical condition post the delivery of my 2nd child. Certain medical complications shot up my weight from 47 kgs to 89 kgs affecting my muscles leading to an irreversible muscle condition. This is the moment when my inner voice said, ‘Naavnidhi – You cannot give up so easily, till date you have been accepting what society has been pouring upon you. Your mind is your strength, you can change your life the way you want by using the limitless powers of your own mind’. At that point in time I did not understand where did it came from, but I strongly knew I had to go into the depths of it, this incident had ‘ALL’ the powers to attract me on a journey towards something limitless.

My Story
The New Version of Myself - Journey of Transformation
Today, when I look back at those days, I feel grateful for what life had put me through to make me what ‘I AM’ today. No matter what life throws at you, I believe there is a hidden inner strength in each one of us which once known makes us ‘Powerful beings’ in all aspects. Our mind is great asset which when used the ‘right’ way can give miraculous results.
Overcoming the challenges and freeing myself from the struggles of life, the visible and the invisible ones became the utmost priority. We tend to forget to love ourselves and not use the power of our own mind and get succumbed to the societal pressures.
I enrolled and plunged into spirituality & healing modalities, and gained expertise in NLP, meditation & manifestation techniques that which introduced me to good health and a strong mind. This was infact the birth of a ‘New’ me. Transformation is more of ‘Inner work’ which is the very core & foundation of spiritual path.
Inner work is the only way towards – Healing, Evolving, becoming happier, freeing oneself, unfolding one’s limitless powers, harmony with self & others and becoming a ‘Powerful Being’. I learnt the secrets & powers of subconscious mind, manifestation, and power of meditation advancing it to balancing of one’s energy centers – The Chakras, further strengthening my core leading to countless achievements, awards & certifications.
I realised that whilst I was learning the energy centers (chakras) in my body, I started to cleanse & clear off the blocks which beautifully unfolded the various segments of my life and I went on the achieve my dream of doing something ‘Larger than Life’. Energy centers are ‘magical’ centers, the understanding of each chakra led me to fulfil all my dreams.
Today, with 9 years of self-experience & these achievements to my credit, I am here to help, support & guide each one of you to your ‘Limitless power’ & ‘Achieve the life of your dreams’. No matter what you seek in your life, be it Health, Happiness, Success, Wealth and Harmony, believing in the powers of the mind will create in you the zeal and enthusiasm that is most needed for it.
I would like to close on the words by Swami Vivekananda, “We are what our thoughts have made us; so take care about what you think. Words are secondary. Thoughts live; they travel far.”
